To become a client simply follow the steps below.
Clients over the age of 65 years who wish to access Government subsidy need to phone the My Aged Care help line on 1800 200 422 to discuss their needs with a Governmnent representative and have a referral sent to Centenary Meals on Wheels. Alternatively simply phone Centenary Meals on Wheels on 3279 1974 between 9.00am and 12.30pm Monday to Friday and speak to our Office Coordinator who can assist you with your referral.
If you do not wish to access the Government subsidy, have Government intervention, or are aged under 65 years, please email or phone us directly on email@example.com or 3279 1974.
If phoning outside of these hours, please leave a message on our answering machine and our Office Coordinator will return your phone call as soon as possible; or
That’s it …. We begin delivering meals the next working day!
We are able to provide meals to people who require post-hospital support as well as emotional support, perhaps following the loss of a spouse, and we can also assist by providing meals to their carers, although this category may not be eligible for My Aged Care (MAC) funding. We also assist younger people with disabilities and those who are assessed as having special needs.
